- 48–72 Hour Final Erasure: All personal biodata is permanently purged from active databases within 72 hours.
- Statutory Financial Records: In accordance with Indian tax laws (GST Rules & Income Tax Act), past monetary payment invoices are retained strictly for the statutory auditing period.
Alternative for Existing Members: If you are already logged in to the mobile app or web portal, you can also navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account to submit your request directly from your verified session.
