Child Safety Standards & Protection Policy

Vanshika Matrimony, including its specialized religious editions (Muslim Matrimony and Hindu Matrimony), maintains an uncompromising commitment to child safety and online protection. In full compliance with Google Play Child Safety Standards, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and international child protection frameworks, we enforce strict zero-tolerance policies across all platforms.

1. Strict Adult-Only Requirement (18+ Mandatory)

Our platform is solely and strictly dedicated to lawful, consenting matrimonial alliances for adults aged 18 years and above (or the statutory age of marriage under applicable personal laws). Individuals under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, submitting profiles, browsing, or utilizing any features. Any account discovered to have been created by or on behalf of a minor is immediately and permanently terminated.

2. Absolute Zero Tolerance for CSAM & CSAE

We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). The creation, upload, sharing, transmission, promotion, or solicitation of CSAM/CSAE is strictly prohibited and constitutes a severe criminal offense.

3. In-App Reporting, User Blocking & Rapid Moderation

To empower our community:

  • In-App Reporting: Every profile and communication thread features an easily accessible reporting tool to immediately flag abusive, inappropriate, or suspicious conduct.
  • User Blocking: Members can instantly block any user from viewing their profile or initiating contact.
  • 24/7 Human Moderation & Verification: All submitted photographs, government ID documents, and profile biodata undergo manual screening by our Trust & Safety team prior to public visibility.
  • Priority Review: Any report concerning child safety or underage involvement receives emergency escalation and is reviewed within 24 hours.

4. Law Enforcement & NCMEC Mandatory Reporting

Upon detecting or receiving a substantiated report of CSAM or CSAE, our compliance team immediately takes the following mandatory actions:

  • Immediately removes and purges the illicit content from our systems.
  • Permanently bans the offending account and blocks associated IP addresses, device identifiers, and telephone numbers.
  • Files an official report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and refers the evidence to relevant cybercrime law enforcement agencies.

5. Dedicated Child Safety Grievance Officer
